Levelling

A beautiful hardwood floor starts with a smooth sub floor. An uneven floor can cause a lot of money in the future because it will warp and damage your floors quickly over the years showing wears and tears. Doing the prep work to level out your floors will ensure that you will get quality floors that will last a lifetime and increase the value of your home. You will save money in the long run by decreasing the amount of maintenance and repairs done to your floors.

When the sub floors are uneven, it will cause your floors to bounce and eventually cause the wood to crack or buckle after installation. In addition to that, uneven floors will create a squeaky noise when you walk over it.

A hardwood floor is a significant investment. Protect it by leveling out your sub floors.
